Dingwall & District Duplicate Bridge Club
Dingwall Bridge Club was established in the 1950's. The club membership comes from the area around Dingwall in Ross-shire and has members that live as far away as Bora in Sutherland and Shieldig on the West Coast. The club also runs the Strathpeffer congress in February.
The club looks to promote Duplicate Bridge and meets every Tuesday evening, except for the Summer holiday period, at the National Hotel in Dingwall.
The Club runs two main competitions every season:
- Butler Cup
- Club Championship
Membership, with Dingwall as your primary club, is set at £15 per year.
This includes membership of the Scottish Bridge Union that allows members to play
in National events. Where Dingwall is your secondary club membership costs £10
per year.
Table money , £2 per player, is also payable on the night to cover the use of the equipment.
This can rise to a maximum of £4 per player when playing National
Competitions.
